Vinny gets Extreme, again!
Last month we discovered our finished basement in our new home was housing a few mice in the insulation above the drop ceiling and furnace room. We were shocked to find what a mess they had made and knew we needed to get rid of the problem and sanitize the entire room. The mice were the easy part to deal with, but the cleaning required extreme care and skills. We immediatley thought of Vinny and his meticulous ways. Being in the medical myself, I knew that the area was contaminated and needed to be handled by a true professional.
Vinny took every precaution to ensure the job was done correctly and to our utmost satisfaction. It was a huge job and Vinny did not miss a spot. Vinny started with carefully dismantling the insulation and ceiling tiles for disposal and then sanitized, every surface, every wall, every corner, even down to the outside of the furnace, oil tank,piping and wood beams. Vinny would not leave until the job was done perfectly! It was the most amazing transfomation! It is like a whole new basement. We can now eat off the floors!!

Vinny and his crew performed a cleaning exorcism on our new home before we moved in! They were amazing! Vinny was extremely attentive to every detail and ensured he removed every piece of dirt! I am very particular when it comes to clean, but Vinny passed every one of my inspection tests! He and his crew are amazing! I am so glad I have their help to continue to keep my home clean. This was the first time I have ever hired someone to clean my windows. I am glad I picked Extreme Cleaning. Vinny and his crew were so careful working around our furniture. We have some windows above a sunroom, and they safely set up their equipment to work in that very tricky area. When they were done, they went around and checked their work, and quickly set up a ladder again to get even the smallest smudge. Having professionals in to do my windows was such a treat, and I will not hesitate to call them in again in the future.
We have recently begun the process of preparing our home for sale. Improving the appearance of our 25 year old hardwood floor was a top priority. Years of wear and tear had resulted in a dull and shabby surface with numerous stains and discolorations. We were hoping for a modest improvement, but the work of ECS Inc. has far exceeded our expectations ! Vinnie meticulously cleaned and waxed the floor so it shines like new. His attention to detail and commitment to satisfy the customer are top notch. We are absolutely thrilled with our ‘new’ floor, and feel that it will be a strong selling point when we show it to prospective buyers. In fact, we have decided to raise our asking price because of our floor’s outstanding appearance ! We would most definitely recommend ECS, Inc. to our friends and family.
